Cooking Zucchini Basics
Learning Goal: Here you will learn the basics on how to cook zucchini. You will learn 5 methods: roasting, sautéing, grilling, steaming, and boiling.
Zucchini are very abundant in the summer and are also very economical.
Zucchini is full of nutrients including magnesium, fiber, and folate.
Not going to lie to you, I cooked zucchini for the first time this year! So, if you are beginning like me, I wanted to give you the basics. If you feel like you already got this, check out 9 Interesting Way to Use Zucchini, including my favorite Zoodles, or zucchini noodles!
All you need for most of these recipes is an oven set to 450, a baking tray, aluminum foil for easy cleanup, olive oil, salt, and herbs and spices.
