The 4th of July has often used an excuse to pig out on our favorite comfort foods. Do not worry, you can still show your love for America while serving healthy foods.
If you are like me, Independence Day snuck up on me (even though it is the same day each year).
Luckily I found these amazing, healthy, fast, and simple 4th of July recipes.
Wow everyone with a fruit flag. All you need are blueberries, strawberries cut in half, sliced bananas, and kabob skewers.

This is the perfect 4th of July breakfast that is super kid-friendly.
